Using the locally grown and making a great dip. Recipe:
I medium sized cucumber cut into very small pieces
2 scalions chopped into small pieces
1 cup non—fat greek yogurt
3 Tablespoons miracle whip mayanaise
3 tablespoons cocktail sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Mix together and let sit in refrig for at least one hour.
Colorful, wonderful, and not calorie—full!
