Mediterranean Hummus Pate

Yield: 12 Appetizer Portions

1 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cups cucumber, seeded and chopped, divided
1/4 cup chives, chopped, divided
2 cups prepared roasted red pepper hummus
18 oz. TERRA® Original Chips
salt to taste

1. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, half the cucumbers and half the chives.

2. Per order: On a small plate place 2 1/2 Tbsp. of hummus making a well in the middle. Fill the well with a 1/4 cup of sour cream mixture and garnish with cucumbers and chives. serve with 1 1/2 oz. of TERRA® Original Chips.
