Crispy Mango Crudité

For a marvelous hors d'oeuvre before a magnificent meal, serve Mango Crudités and make a fabulous impression! This delicate balance of sinfully sweet mango and spicy Chiles captures a dichotomy of flavor that your guests are sure to indulge themselves in.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1-2 jalapeno pepper or 1/2 poblano chile
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tablespoon HAIN® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 package (5 oz.) TERRA BLUES® Potato Chips

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except chips in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve on top of TERRA BLUES®, or for another great taste serve with TERRA® Sweet Potato Chips, any variety. Makes about 2 cups.
