Creamy Mediterranean Hummus Pate

Indulge yourself and your guests by dipping Terra Chips into this exceptional flavor bouquet. Robust with the elaborate taste of roasted red pepper and smooth velvety yogurt, this Creamy Mediterranean Hummus Paté has an international style that can transform any party into a gala event.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt 

  • 
1 cup seeded and chopped cucumber, divided 

  • 
1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives 
 

  • 1 container (8 oz.) roasted red pepper hummus 

  • 
1 package (6 oz.) TERRA® Original Chips or 1 package (5 oz.) TERRA Potpourri™ Chips 


DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt, and 1/2 cup of the cucumbers and the chives. Spread the hummus into an "O" shape. Fill the center of the "O" with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cucumber. Garnish with additional chopped chives and black olives, if desired. Just before serving, arrange chips around dip for scooping.


Note: Dip can be assembled, covered and refrigerated 1 hour before serving.
