Seared Tuna and Taro Tartar

Lavish your family and your guests with an exquisitely delicious culinary masterpiece of fresh and tender tuna tartar in exhilarating wasabi vinaigrette dressing. Seared Tuna and Taro Tartar is a sublime culmination of gourmet tastes atop Terra's treasured Taro Chips.

1/2 cup mayonnaise*
1 to 2 teaspoons wasabi powder*
1/2 pound tuna steak
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 package (6 oz.) TERRA® Spiced Taro Chips

*Omit mayonnaise and wasabi powder and use prepared wasabi sauce.

Season tuna to taste. Place on a well-oiled rack, grill tuna on a barbecue grill, over hot coals, about 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Or, broil 2 minutes on each side with the rack about 3–inches from heat source.

Cut tuna into bite size pieces and place on top of the TERRA® Spiced Taro Chips. Drizzle each with wasabi mayonnaise, before serving.
