Spinach Artichoke Potpourri is an epicurean taste experience to be debuted at any affair. Your guests will delight in the depth of flavor as they dip a Terra chip into this smooth and creamy sensation of delectable spinach and artichoke hearts topped with the perfection of Parmesan cheese.
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained (13.75-oz each)
1 cup thawed frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup HAIN® Canola Mayonnaise
1 8-oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp WESTBRAE NATURAL® Stoneground Mustard
1 6-oz bag TERRA® Original Taro Chips or 1 5-oz bag TERRA
Potpourri Chips
Combine artichokes, spinach and garlic in food processor or blender container. Process until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except for the TERRA® Chips. Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling and lightly browned. Serve with TERRA® Chips. Makes 4 cups.
