This whole vegetable love story started when two New York chefs quit their jobs. Turns out, even running a four-star restaurant in Manhattan doesn’t compare to chasing your dreams. For their own catering business, Dana Sinkler and Alex Dzieduszycki wanted to create a deliciously beautiful bar snack. Enter vegetables. Thinly sliced, crisped, and salted just-so. The result was something even Dana and Alex didn’t see coming: Chips so crispy and delicious they had the power to make everyone love vegetables. And TERRA® chips were born.
First served at elite New York parties and eventually requested by Saks Fifth Avenue, TERRA® quickly transformed into a veritable vegetable empire. Even after 20 years of growth, we still hand-select every vegetable, prepare them in small batches, and package them in our distinctive, simple black bags—a nod to our Brooklyn roots.
